50 Years of Driving Performance - Milestone 1971
Mercedes-AMG stands for high-performance vehicles made in Germany. Founded in 1967 in Großaspach as AMG, the company has ever since gained great success in developing some of the best motorsport vehicles in the world. The first milestone was the 24-hour race of Spa-Francorchamps in 1971 with the victory and second place in the overall rating of the Mercedes-AMG 300 SEL 6.8.
